Andrew was our realtor for our first home purchase. Andrew seamlessly guided us through each step in the process. and, despite us knowing very little about how a home purchase works, never made it feel like a burden to slow things down and explain things. Although Andrew was patient, he knew where and when to push us to make decisions, so that our bid would be as competitive as possible. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone purchasing - or just looking at - a home.

Andrew walked us through the whole process, his local knowledge of Point Loma and Ocean Beach was unsurpassed. But we looked at homes well outside those areas, and he was on top of it all. Don't let his age fool you, this guy is a professional. I would recommend him to family and friends, and in my book that says it all. He listed, showed, and sold our OB house in a less-than-perfect market, and simultaneously helped get us into our current address. Can't say enough.

Andrew helped us find and purchase our first home in California. We were living out of state and he went above and beyond to help us.
